You have the right to return the product within 14 days (unless a longer period is stated on the product page) of delivery and request an exchange for another item or a refund of the purchase price.
The item you wish to return must be undamaged, in its original and undamaged packaging, with all accessories included. Otherwise, the claim will be rejected or only partially resolved.
Within 14 days of delivery, please notify us in writing of your intention to withdraw from the purchase at info@sensefit.shop for further instructions on how to return the package.
Before you send the package, please check the order confirmation or the invoice you received by email at the time of ordering that you have purchased the product from our online shop. In the event that you deliver a product that is not ours, we will not be liable for your mistake and we will not return the package at our own expense.
You have 14 days from the date of your request to send the package to us at the address you will receive in the return instructions.
We advise you to send the package by registered post with acknowledgement of postage. This will allow your claim to be resolved, even in the case of a lost parcel, on the basis of the delivery receipt via tracking number.
The cost of postage is the responsibility of the sender, we do not accept ransom parcels.
As soon as your parcel is received by the Complaints Department, a new product will be sent out for replacement or refund within 8 working days.


If an item has broken down or is not working properly, you can claim a 1-year warranty on all electronic devices in our range.
The warranty does not apply in the event of:
  • physical injuries
  • wear and tear caused by use
  • defects resulting from incorrect, improper or negligent use of the product
The item must be returned in its original undamaged packaging with all the accessories provided. Otherwise, the claim will be rejected or only partially resolved.
Only claims that meet all of the above conditions will be positively resolved.
